We provide services that connect eligible customers with community solar projects. We are not a utility provider and do not generate or distribute electricity. Community solar services are delivered by third-party project owners and utilities.

2. No Guarantee of Enrollment

Submission of information through our website does not guarantee enrollment in a community solar project. Enrollment is subject to:

  • Availability of project capacity

  • Eligibility requirements

  • Verification of utility account information

  • Approval by applicable program administrators or project operators

We reserve the right to decline or delay enrollment for any reason consistent with program requirements.

3. Community Solar Disclosures

Participation in community solar is subject to a number of factors outside of our control. By using our services, you acknowledge:

  • Specific savings are not guaranteed and may vary

  • Bill credits depend on project performance, weather conditions, and utility billing processes

  • Some projects may be under development and not yet operational

  • Timing for enrollment, activation, and credit generation may vary

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting forms. You further agree:

  • Not to submit information on behalf of another person without authorization

  • Not to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Not to attempt to exploit or abuse our systems, incentives, or services

We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission that does not meet these standards.

5. Communications & Consent

By submitting your information, you provide express consent to be contacted by us via email, phone call, and SMS/text message regarding your inquiry and our services.

You acknowledge that we may use automated technology, including auto-dialing systems or pre-recorded messages, where permitted by law.

6. Rewards, Incentives, and Referral Programs

From time to time, we may offer sign-up bonuses, referral incentives, or third-party promotional rewards (collectively, "Incentives") in connection with participation in our services.

Incentives are subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility:

Incentives are available only to verified General Market residential customers unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Verification Requirement:

Incentives will only be issued after a customer has been successfully verified and fully enrolled in an eligible community solar project.

Exclusions:

Customers who are not eligible for General Market participation, including but not limited to low-income program participants or commercial accounts, are not eligible for Incentives unless explicitly stated.

Fraud & Abuse:

We reserve the right to withhold, deny, or revoke any Incentive in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate submissions, ineligible accounts, or misuse of referral or promotional programs.

Program Changes:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Incentive program at any time without prior notice.

Incentives have no cash value unless explicitly stated and are non-transferable.

7. Reward Delivery

Promotional and referral rewards are delivered electronically via email through a third-party rewards platform selected by Cascadia Community Energy.

Participants are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address for reward delivery. Cascadia Community Energy is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, deleted messages, or recipient-side access issues after successful delivery.

Physical gift cards or mailed rewards are not offered.

Cascadia Community Energy reserves the right to substitute reward types or delivery methods at any time.

8. Verification and Data Use

You authorize us to use the information you provide to verify your eligibility for community solar programs. This may include:

  • Reviewing submitted documents (such as utility bills)

  • Confirming account details with utilities or program administrators

  • Using technical and submission data to prevent fraud or unauthorized enrollments

9. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may rely on third-party platforms, including form providers, customer relationship management systems, and communication tools.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of these third-party services. Your information may be processed by these providers as necessary to support our operations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, and design, is the property of our company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We reserve the right to refuse service, reject submissions, or terminate interactions at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.
